The following is a list of the most frequently asked questions regarding our Nov. 16-26, 2010 66 Love Letters Holy Land Tour:

FAQs
What is the size of the group?
We have decided that we would allow up to 120 people max.
Is there a cut-off date?
Yes—The last day to register for the trip is August 15th, 2010.
What is a single supplement?
All pricing is based on double occupancy. So if you are traveling alone you will be assigned a roommate. Should you want to have a room to yourself then you would pay the $639 single supplement.
Can I use my frequent flier miles?
Yes—you can use miles or plan your own travel and just pay the 'land only' rate of $2,235.00.
If I make my own travel arrangements how do I meet you in Tel Aviv?
Currently you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the hotel, hence land only pricing. But, as we get closer to CONFIRMED arrival/departure times for the large group please feel free to connect with us (if convenient) at the bus loading area and then travel together to the hotel. We will provide that information as we confirm the large group travel times. (The land only rate is a great option if you are planning any pre/post travel. Great thing to think about!!)
I am purchasing the Air/Land package out of Philadelphia . Do I make my own reservation to/from Philadelphia?
YES—you would make your own reservations to and from Philadelphia. Currently the airlines have changed our flights several times so we are encouraging you to wait until we are within 30-60 days of departure to purchase those flights. At the time of booking please make sure you arrive into Philadelphia in enough time to get your bags and check international if not flying on US Airways. If you are flying US Airways then make sure to let them know you are connecting in Philadelphia with another flight to Tel Aviv so they can check your bags all the way through. When we arrive back into Philadelphia from Tel Aviv make sure you have enough time to go through customs and connect. We will communicate confirmed flights as we get closer.
Do we need to read anything prior to our trip?
YES—Larry would like you to read the Gospels, Acts and the corresponding Love Letter from 66 Love Letters. As we get closer Larry will select some suggested readings for you.
Is this tour open to everyone?
YES—but would prefer that attendees be older than 13 years of age.
